2025년 12월 26일, 글로벌스탠다드테크놀로지(GST) 본사에서 장학재단인 ‘혜안재단’ 창립 총회가 개최되었습니다.
이번 창립총회에는 초대 재단 이사장으로 취임한 GST 김덕준 회장을 비롯한 재단 임원 7명이 발기인으로 참석하였으며, 설립취지문 채택을 포함한 총 9건의 안건을 심의·의결하였습니다. 재단 설립을 위한 출연재산은 김덕준 회장 개인과 GST가 공동으로 출연하여 조성하였습니다.
혜안재단은 2026년 1월 중 설립 절차를 마무리한 후, 성적이 우수하거나 경제적 여건이 어려운 청소년과 청년들이 학업과 꿈을 지속적으로 이어갈 수 있도록 장학사업을 전개해 나갈 계획입니다.
On December 26, 2025, the inaugural founders’ meeting of the Hyean Foundation, a scholarship foundation, was held at the headquarters of Global Standard Technology (GST).
The meeting was attended by seven founding members, including Duk-Jun Kim, Chairman of GST, who was appointed as the Foundation’s first Chairperson. A total of nine agenda items were reviewed and approved, including the adoption of the Foundation’s statement of purpose. The endowment for the establishment of the Foundation was jointly contributed by Chairman Duk-Jun Kim in his personal capacity and by GST. Following the completion of the establishment procedures in January 2026, the Hyean Foundation plans to carry out scholarship programs to support academically outstanding students as well as adolescents and young adults from underprivileged backgrounds, enabling them to continue their education and pursue their aspirations without interruption.
